Share / Buy Links
Once a release is created in your system you can share a single link to preview and download all tracks on a release by clicking on the 'Share release' button shown under the main Release tab of the edit release page (see below screenshot):
As well as displaying a list of the releases tracks with links to download, you can also attach additional files to a release which will also appear on this page for external users to download, either individually or as part of the release bundle zip file. This may be useful for attaching additional promotional images or press releases.
To add or remove files to and from a release click on the 'Files' tab on the left hand side of the Release Details screen (shown below). As well as adding and deleting files there is also an option to create share links to each individual file should you wish to do so.
Sharing/Downloading Audio
It is also possible to share a restricted link to download an individual track in either wav or mp3 format after uploading to Gallery Vision, this may be useful when sharing links for promotional or licensing purposes where a full release promo email may not be required.
To create a link click on the tick ... icon next to the desired track and select either the Share WAV or Share MP3 option as shown below.

From there you can add release/pre-order URLs from different stores as you collect them (Spotify, Beatport and Traxsource will populate automatically on release day).
"Link Settings" allows you add, remove or customise the stores you want to include in your buy link. You can drag and drop stores to change the order they will be viewed:
- A red X means that store will not be visible.
- A green ✓ means that store will be visible.
- Click the X/✓ to change.
You can also add any custom stores via "Add Stores", and when ready select "Update" to save.
You'll now have your selected stores visible and ready to start adding your links:
When all are added select "Save", and you can now select "Share Links" > "View" to create a sharable buy link:
Spotify Pre-Save
Gallery Vision also gives you the ability to generate a Spotify Pre-Save link directly through your system. Just follow the same steps (providing the release has been delivered to Spotify), and before the release your buy link will automatically include a Pre-Save link for Spotify:
